Shame is one of the most destructive emotions that there is. Shame holds us back, holds us in, keeps us from progressing. It ruins our relationships with others and with ourselves. It fills us up with darkness and makes us feel like we are drowning.
This guided imagery session will walk you through several images designed to clear the feelings of shame from your system. You will feel lighter afterwards.
As always, you can participate in this session while doing other things--many users participate while driving around, while doing the dishes or laundry, or while exercising. This should fit easily into your life.
Shame is no fun and it is not even necessary. You can clear it right away.
