This session is specific to ABDOMINALS and CORE STRENGTH.
We work through the fascia and muscles of the abdomen, and work on reconnecting the solar plexus chakra and core sense of self with the muscles of the abdominals.
We talk about how to strengthen and support our cores physically and energetically so we can heal especially from abdominal separation of all kinds.
This is a session to take to strengthen your core in every way!
